The cradle for crunches is a device used to exercise the abdominal muscles. It imitates a traditional exercise, which not everyone can afford due to pain in the cervical region. During traditional crunches, we very often unnecessarily pull the head too much, causing strain on the cervical section – it can cause permanent damage to the vertebrae.
